Arlington Ridge Townhomes is a brand-new affordable housing community, located in the thriving suburb of Green, Ohio. The community, made of one-, two- and three-bedroom townhomes covers 48,476 square feet and 46 units over six newly constructed buildings. Community features include spacious floor plans, fully equipped kitchens, energy-efficient design and appliances, full-size washer/dryer connections, central air conditioning, and off-street parking, as well as a playground, a community garden space, a dedicated fitness center, and a dedicated business center.
Construction began in March of 2018 and the project was completed in December of 2019.
