The Reserve at Mt. Gilead is a two-phase development delivering 90 units of high-quality, affordable senior housing in Mt. Gilead, Ohio. Designed for comfort and convenience, the community features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments with luxury vinyl flooring, soft-close cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, contemporary vanities, and spacious closets. The elevator-serviced building also includes a welcoming community room with a kitchenette and fireplace, a mailroom, two laundry care centers, and ample on-site parking.
Phase I construction began in February 2023 and completed in May 2024.
Phase II construction began in April 2024 and completed in May 2025.
