Three Springs Townhomes is a 40-unit, four-building, multi-family community located in Kenton County, Ohio. Spanning a total of 41,916 square feet, two of the buildings house an assortment of two- and three-bedroom townhomes, and one of the buildings houses a three-story walk-up with one-, two- and three-bedroom garden flats and handicap accessible garden flats. Units are equipped with high-efficiency gas furnaces, Energy Star light fixtures, and smart thermostats.
Construction began in July of 2018 and the project was completed in June of 2020.
