Thurston Landing is a 36-unit multifamily community serving low-income individuals and families in Saint Albans, West Virginia. The community features high-efficiency electric furnaces, central air, electric hot water tanks, in-home washer and dryer, dishwashers, and microwaves. Construction began in July, 2020 and completed in August, 2021.
Thurston Landing Phase II consists of 40 units dedicated for seniors. This second phase includes the same finishes and amenities as Phase I. Construction began in August, 2021 and completed in January, 2023.
