Phase I of the new Blair Lofts community in Avondale has broken ground! A partnership between Kingsley + Co., Avondale Development Corporation, Fairfield Homes, Inc., and Gorsuch Construction, Inc. begins construction of a new multifamily residential building at the corner of Reading Road and Blair Avenue.
This new, 64-unit building will serve low-income families in the Avondale community of Cincinnati. The building will be LEED Silver certified and all units will be reserved for households earning 60% of less of the AMI.
