Company History
Gorsuch Construction was incorporated in 2013 by Lancaster native Jennifer Gorsuch Walters, a third-generation business owner and industry leader. Jennifer is the daughter of Leonard Gorsuch, co-owner of Gorsuch Construction and Chief Executive Officer of Fairfield Homes, Inc., an organization that specializes in multi-family housing construction, development, and property management. Gorsuch Construction operated as a division of Fairfield Homes, Inc. from 1998 until its incorporation in 2013.
