Carpenter Hall is a 52-unit multifamily community serving low-income seniors in Athens, Ohio. Renovations began in July, 2020 and completed in July, 2021. Renovations include upgraded interior finishes in the kitchens and bathrooms, as well as upgraded HVAC and electrical services.
